This agreement is entered into in the State of Colorado and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, for the purposes of litigating any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms and agree not to commence any such action against THE PARK other than in such courts.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto relating to the subject matter herein.
